The Challenge
Yorktowne Painting reached out to us in fall of 2021 with concerns about organizing and growing their business. We continued to grow alongside them, with a full website refresh and rebrand in fall of 2025.

What We Did
We learned that their primary concerns centered around the company's need to develop systems and standards that better aligned with an employee and customer facing model. The main goal was to create a more concise communication flow with clients that made scheduling, invoicing, and overall logistics easier to navigate for an improved administrative and customer experience.
What We Achieved
Create Socially partnered with Troy and his team to launch a modern, high-performance website designed to support their rapidly growing customer base and streamline how customers engage with their services. The new site delivers a fast, mobile-first experience with intuitive navigation, clear calls to action, and a flexible structure that makes ongoing updates simple and efficient as the business evolves.
Built for reliability and scale, the platform offers strong security, excellent load speeds, built-in SEO best practices, and seamless responsiveness across devices—ensuring customers can easily find information, request service, and take action from anywhere. The result is a future-ready website that not only reflects the professionalism of Troy’s team but also actively supports growth, visibility, and a better overall customer experience.
We also conducted a Brand Review to streamline and optimize their Social Media presence on Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
We also automated the deal flow from start to finish using the software infrastructure on Jobber for ease of service and tracking.
To complement the website, we also designed marketing collateral to further boost outreach efforts.
