The Challenge
Talent Tap contacted us in December of 2022 with concerns about how to address their outdated website. They wanted to upgrade the functionality of their website presence while also focusing on building the site in a way that focused on lead capturing. We also helped them to source and identify new software that houses open positions they are filling for clients.
What We Did
We began the project with an onsite visit to meet with stakeholders and identify key objectives. Once we knew desired outcomes, we got to work selecting a layout and format that served the basic flow and function of the services offered at Talent Tap.
What We Achieved
Once we established the best approach to onboarding new customers and getting them connected to the team, we got to work selecting the imagery and color scheme that suited the brand.
We also integrated scheduling software, as well as helped select a staffing and recruiting software capable of onboarding applicants from directly on the website.
