• Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or features; changes will not affect services already paid for (unless otherwise notified).

• You may also stop using the Services at any time.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United State, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Miscellaneous

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force.
• Waiver. No waiver of any breach or default is a waiver of any subsequent breach.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms (or your rights/obligations) without our prior written consent. We may assign or delegate our rights and obligations freely.
• Entire Agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements.
